SHIPPING & RETURNS
Jewelry items can be picked up locally from our Cabo storefront or mailed within Mexico. For customers in the US or Canada, items are shipped internationally via DHL and then mailed domestically. The delayed process of international shipping and customs approval necessitates a longer time frame for expected delivery (7-14 days for US customers, 14-21 days for Canada customers). We appreciate your patience!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All customers can return items for a full refund or exchange. Customers in Mexico can return items in person at the store or through the mail. For customers in the US or Canada, shipping returns internationally is expensive and impractical. Items can instead be shipped to store owner Jodie Johnston's daughter in California.
